Healthy gums are the foundation for long term oral health and having regular hygiene appointments will ensure that your gums and teeth stay in pristine condition. A visit to our hygienist will leave your teeth, gums and mouth feeling fresh and totally cleansed.

Homecare and diet play a very important part in our oral health and our hygienist will talk to you about oral health products especially for you, effective brushing, and what foods and drinks can affect your teeth and gums. She can also give you a specific homecare programme to follow in-between your visits.
